Shipping & Delivery
Processing Time:
All orders for which items are in stock usually gets delivered within 2-3 working days to process from the time you place the order. This time may be more in case of customized/personalized products or made to order products. Sometimes the order processing may be delayed if one item from your order is out of stock. We try and send the complete order in one package to save the shipping charges to you.
Shipping Time:
The order delivery will take up to 2-3 working days from the time your order has been processed. If you wish an express delivery, please contact our customer service department at info@petsstore.in with your order number. Express shipping charges may be higher than the regular delivery method.
Shipping Charges:
The shipping charges applicable will depend on the products purchased and the shipping address. You will be informed of the actual shipping charges at the time of finalization of your order. 
All orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only. Orders are usually reach the customer within 7 working days of placing the order and receiving the payments. Pets Store is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 7 working days from the date of the order and payment. Delivery of all orders will be to the registered address of the buyer as per the information provided during registration only at all times (unless specified at the time of order). All orders shipped through courier company/post office are insured by the carrier and Pets Store is in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer. For any claims please contact the carrier used for your shipping.
 
Returns & Exchanges:
Returns and exchanges will only be accepted within 15 days from the receipt of items and only if the received product was damaged or defective and also the product should not have been used, worn, washed, have any smell or stains or any other signs of use. The product should be returned with its original packing and have all the original tags attached.
If you have received a damaged or defective product, please make a mention on the delivery note and inform our customer service department within 48 hours of receipt and we will send you a new replacement product if available or issue you a store credit for the same amount. No cash refunds will be provided.
No returns and exchanges will be allowed on products sold under Sale and Special Offers.
 

Order Cancellations:
You can cancel your order anytime till it has been shipped. If you cancel your order once your credit card has been charged and your order has been processed, you may be charged a 5% cancellation fee to recover the credit card fees associated with your order.
